Apply foundation or concealer all over your lips to blend them into your skin, then apply a lip liner on the inside of your natural lip line, fill with lipstick or gloss, and you’re done! It helps if the lip colors you use are darker, and more towards a matte finish since dark colors recede and matte finished do not reflect lighting. together the will help make the lips look smaller.
